AB Gençlik Programı Eğitim ve İş Birliği Planı (TCP) kapsamında, 4-12 Nisan 2014 tarihlerinde Almanya’da düzenlenecek “Creative Entrepreneurship” eğitim programı, size yaratıcılığınızı girişimciliğinizle birleştirme fırsatı sunuyor.

Costs
This project is funded by the EU-Programme YOUTH IN ACTION and the following costs are covered by the organizer:
– 70% of travel expenses
– 100% board costs (accommodation + 3 meals/day)
– Health insurance during participants’ stay in Dresden
– No visa costs are covered.

Creative Entrepreneurship TC gives an introduction to the entrepreneurial dimension of cultural and creative industries.
This training course aims at the exchange of experience and good practice in the field of creative industries. The key elements of a creative entrepreneur will be presented and participants will learn to create a cultural business plan. They will be provided development strategies that are integrated and built on partnerships between public authorities, cultural organisations, the relevant business interests and representatives of civil society.
A platform of cultural experiences and ideas is aimed to be generated in order to improve participants’ individual capabilities, develop their network and encourage them to cooperate at international level. Moreover, this TC aims to develop cultural enterprise, leadership, skills and infrastructure in partnership with a range of German and international organisations and individuals.
In this training course, participants will see through examples and case studies that culture can offer new approaches both in terms of tackling social problems. These policy areas in which culture has successfully helped in this respect include urban regeneration, social cohesion, crime prevention, health and the fight against pollution. This TC promotes collaboration among people working in culture, enterprise and digital technology.
Main Objectives:
– Introducing the main elements (characteristics) of a creative entrepreneur;
– Practising conceptual creative and innovative thiking;
– Creative business planning (business facts, intellectual property, values, evidence modelling, marketing plan, financial modelling, customers, business process, relationships, case studies);
– Define the context of creative entrepreneurship in terms of policy areas (economy and entrepreneurship, culture and education, urban planning, digital technologies, physical infrastructure etc.);
– Exchange of experience and ideas: Big, medium and small-sized creative cities learn from each other’s experiences through case studies of partner cities;
– Sharing experience and good practices through study visits;
– Identify the needs of different societies, their cultural assets, and classify policy instruments and interventions (subsidies, loans, guarantees, investments);
– Develop a framework to classify and to assess practices. This will enable assessment of the relevance and impact of actions in relation to unique regional traits of creative industries;
– Create a network of creative entreprises, professionals, artists, incubators and stakeholders.
Preparation before the TC:
Each country group should consist of 3 participants who reside in the same city and are able to work as group before the TC takes place with the aim to:
– present the potential and needs of their home city with regard to creative industries
– provide information concerning the tendencies of the local society towards creative thinking and innovative enterprises;
– find out about networking and cooperation possibilities among companies, individuals, artists, small innovative enterprises and on the cooperation between the public and private sector in their home city, which is a key element for the development of cultural entrepreneurship, not only in terms of funding but also in terms of dissemination of the innovative and creative spirit at local level;
– to examine the available technology of the area; if it can be used more intensively and further developed in order to implement creative projects,
– to present their cultural/creative enterprise, in case they have one: aims & objectives; strategy methods & policy; successful stories & achievements; processes, and technology.
3 participants from each partner country who live in the same city and have got relevant experience and knowledge will be selected. Successful entrepreneurs and/or young entrepreneurs who have recently set up their business; creative industry professionals specialising in the following fields: advertising, architecture, design, film, music, performing arts, publishing, television and radio.; policy makers; students at MSc or PhD level who focus on creative entrepreneurship are also encouraged to apply. There is no age limit!
